GAR was established in the year 2006, under the guidance of Mr.Nasser Bin Salmeen Al-Suwaidi, the founder and Chairmen of the company. Previously the organization was involved in trading and transport of bitumen by the name "GAR Trading & Contracting" and "Gulf Arrow Transport" respectively. In 2014, considering rapid growth of Qatar infrastructure to fulfill the demand of waterproofing bitumen products, we added one more firm in GAR family called "GAR Waterproofing and Bitumen Factory"
GAR WATERPROOFING AND BITUMEN FACTORY is one of the leading manufacturer of bituminous waterproofing products like membrane sheets,rolls, Primers and Emulsions in the state of Qatar. All our products are approved by ASHGHAL & now we are in the vendor list of ASHGHAL. All GAR products complies with QCS 2014 as we follow international standards like ASTM, EN & UEAtc.
With a capacity of 10 Million M²/year, our factory is fully loaded with high tech machinery, latest lab equipment and skilled workforce with extensive experience and efficiency to deliver their best.
GAR seeks diversifying its products and guarantee the high quality as a basic factor to carry out any work in the factory. All employees are responsible for the quality of their daily works. Over the years, by maintaining all required standards of ISO, we achieved ISO 9001-2015, EMS 14001- 2015 and OSHAS 18001-2007 Certificates.
Our main focus is customer's satisfaction by providing best quality and durability of products with the competitive price. GAR provides its products to major projects in Qatar.
